Our goal is to provide our students with the best way to access help when it comes to college admissions. In order to achieve our goal, we must first prepare our educators and counselors with proper professional development. Below is the BHAG column table that I developed earlier in the program that explains to educators how we will implement the innovation plan into classrooms.

The Five Key Principles of Professional Development

Collaboration

Me and the school counselors will meet once every 3 weeks to evaluate how the platform is effective with the students. We will analyze, identify and determine how we can make the online platform effective and better help our students understand how college admissions works. If additional time is needed to better discuss what we need to be effective we will either extend the meeting or schedule another time close in the future to be able to share our ideas and thoughts.

Schedule and Timeline

Below is the schedule and timeline that I created for my PL sessions. All of these sessions will cover a specific topic when it comes to the online platform and will allow significant time for me to cover all of the topics.
